Targeted at scouts and soon players as well, Eyeball is trusted by top talent-developing coaches and elite professional clubs and used in more than 10 countries, with about 200 club partnerships, 1,000 games covered and 10,000 player profiles on the platform.
TangibleCodes was asked to manage the entire development process of the platform, something that Eyeball was struggling with due to a previous development agency’s unfinished results. We quickly became the Team Lead, coordinating the numerous teams on the project.
Our responsibilities included setting up the overall infrastructure, providing continuous integration and building the entire Eyeball app. We accomplished everything in record time — reviewing and refactoring all code, identifying bugs, building out new features and actively mentoring junior developers on the project.
As a result, Eyeball was able to hit the ground running with its plans for global expansion.
